About the RoleWe are seeking an Inbound Expert to join our team, responsible for ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. This role involves leading inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise (GM) areas of the store.
Key Responsibilities- Create a welcoming experience for guests by authentically greeting and engaging with them.
- Execute a detailed, accurate, and efficient sorting operation, including unloading schedule times.
- Stock, backstock, and zone product on the sales floor, maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Operate power equipment safely and efficiently, following certification requirements.
- Work with accuracy and attention to detail, managing defectives and handling environmentally sensitive items.
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance, adhering to all safety policies and best practices.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
- Ability to communicate effectively and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment.
- Work independently and as part of a team, resolving guest questions quickly and efficiently.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment, accomplishing multiple tasks within established timeframes.
