Key Responsibilities

Utilize various online resources to gather foreclosure auction listings and investigate sales outcomes.

Examine deed records, appraisal districts, and civil court documents to uncover original debts tied to foreclosed properties, ultimately identifying any overages or 'excess proceeds'.

Input property debt details, owner information, and associated documents into an online tracking system.

In-depth training will be provided to ensure your success.


Qualifications
  • Must possess a genuine desire to assist others
  • Typing speed of at least 50+ words per minute is required
  • Background in paralegal work or real estate is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Able to efficiently multitask across two screens
  • Exceptional attention to detail is essential
  • Proactive problem-solving skills are necessary
  • Must have an investigative mindset
  • No felony convictions
  • Reliable transportation is required
  • Preference for candidates residing within a reasonable commuting distance
  • This position is not remote
  • Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Compensation includes hourly pay plus commission
