Job Description

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a skilled Market Research Associate to provide commercial real estate support to the brokers on the Northern, VA leasing team. The leasing team interacts with the market researcher daily to discuss and strategize on various commercial real estate related requests, reports, and presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • Collects commercial real estate related information from credible sources
  • Updates and maintains several in-house databases of CRE related information
  • Writes and publishes various reports on market conditions
  • Updates listings on CoStar
  • Attends real estate related meetings and events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's level degree in Business or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related research and analysis experience
  • Experience using CoStar preferred
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong writing and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and exceptional attention to detail

This is a 100% in-office position, requiring standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option.
