Manufacturing Process Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to lead and support our manufacturing operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for introducing new products, improving productivity and profitability, and providing ongoing support through the manufacturing life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the introduction of new products into the facility, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruptions to production.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and profitability, leveraging lean manufacturing techniques and best practices.
- Provide technical expertise and support to manufacturing teams, ensuring optimal labor and material costs.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements, driving business growth and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- 4-year technical degree or equivalent education.
- Strong analysis skills, including process, capacity, cost/benefit, waste stream, and quality tools.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, including flow, PQ, equipment reliability, and set up reduction.
- Facilitation and negotiation skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Computer skills, including advanced level proficiency in Excel and Access.
