We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to lead and support our manufacturing operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for introducing new products, improving productivity and profitability, and providing ongoing support through the manufacturing life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the introduction of new products into the facility, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruptions to production.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and profitability, leveraging lean manufacturing techniques and best practices.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to manufacturing teams, ensuring optimal labor and material costs and minimizing ergonomic stress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging data-driven insights and analytical skills.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Requirements:

  • 4-year technical degree or equivalent education.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process improvement and lean manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Access, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of material handling, productivity improvement techniques, and behavior sciences.
