About the Role

As a Customer Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional shopping experiences for our customers. You'll be responsible for creating authentic connections with customers, helping them discover products they love, and supporting an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome. You'll Bring to the Role
  • Prior retail experience or customer-focused experience.
  • Passion for styling and love of working with people.
  • Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately.
