Job Title: Call Center Customer Service Manager

Job Summary:

The Call Center Customer Service Manager will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our clients. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide coaching and feedback to ensure they meet performance goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolve customer issues.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and team performance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer service leadership role.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
