We're on the hunt for a charismatic and experienced Training and Development Professional to join our dynamic Call Center team at ValorVIP. As a key player in our employee development team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging new hire training programs that will equip our customer-facing representatives with the skills and confidence they need to excel in their roles.

As a seasoned Training and Development Professional, you will have a proven track record of creating and implementing effective training curriculums, developing innovative learning materials, and facilitating interactive training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles. Your expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, and performance improvement will be invaluable in helping our team members develop the skills they need to provide exceptional customer experiences.

About the Job

This is a full-time, on-site position that requires regular attendance and punctuality. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent, but you will be supported by a talented team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

As a Training and Development Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering new hire training programs that meet the needs of our customer-facing representatives
  • Developing innovative learning materials, including training curriculums, presentations, and interactive exercises
  • Facilitating interactive training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles and promote engagement
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop training content that meets business needs
  • Conducting training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training solutions

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a call center or customer-facing environment
  • Proven track record of creating and implementing effective training programs that meet business needs
  • Expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, and performance improvement
  • Ability to design and deliver training programs that cater to diverse learning styles and promote engagement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholders
