Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant PRN

Concentra Health Services is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in the Minneapolis market.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced healthcare professional to provide exceptional patient care in an occupational medicine setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency medicine, and be willing to undergo training in occupational medicine.
Responsibilities:- Examine patients, compile medical data, and interpret diagnostic test results.
- Administer or order diagnostic tests, such as x-rays, electrocardiograms, and laboratory tests.
- Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in providing continuity of care.
- Provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively with patients, clients, and peers, and maintain confidentiality.
- Participate in Continuing Medical Education, stay up-to-date with industry developments, and adhere to Concentra's Core Competencies.
- Bachelor's degree in a related health field from an accredited college or university.
- Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
- Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program of an accredited university.
- Board Certification.
- Occupational Medicine experience preferred, but willing to train otherwise qualified candidates.
- FMCSA NRCME certification required prior to start date.
- DEA certification required prior to start date.
