Become a Key Player in Our Sales Division

City Wide Facility Solutions is on the lookout for a dedicated B2B Sales Associate to enhance our vibrant sales team. We appreciate individuals who are dependable, proactive, and motivated. In this role, you will primarily focus on discovering new sales avenues, organizing meetings, and providing support to the sales department. If you have excellent communication abilities and enjoy connecting with potential clients to present our offerings, we would love to hear from you. Your efforts will significantly impact our ability to surpass business objectives and foster our company's ongoing success.

This position offers the possibility of a 4-day work week and extended weekends upon achieving performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential sales leads and understand customer requirements
  • Actively pursue new sales opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and professional connections
  • Schedule meetings with prospective clients and attentively address their needs
  • Compile regular sales and financial performance reports
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Represent the organization at industry-related events and conferences
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance sales results
  • Gather feedback from clients and prospects to relay to internal teams
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a Sales Executive or equivalent position
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong skills in MS Office applications
  • Experience with CRM software is advantageous
  • Thorough understanding of marketing techniques and negotiation strategies
  • Self-driven with a strong interest in sales
  • Capability to deliver compelling presentations
  • Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma
