Route Sales Professional

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Route Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality products to our customers, building strong relationships with store managers and owners, and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and merchandise products to our customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and owners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share
  • Conduct daily route settlement procedures to ensure accurate inventory counts and cash handling
  • Drive company route truck safely and maintain a clean and organized vehicle

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card
  • Must be able to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods
  • 1-3 years of related experience in DSD (Direct Sales Distribution) is preferred
