Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in the generation of additional sales and service while performing daily sales and service routes within designated territory.
- Develop new customers and maximize potential business with existing customers by promoting tooling and servicing of tools.
- Promote special programs and sales promotions to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support and train new sales members as required.
- Assist in developing long-range growth forecasts, strategies, business plans, and participate in beneficial association functions.
- Maintain a current and accurate database of daily, weekly, and monthly activities and process necessary paperwork using required company systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers and sales personnel and operate delivery vehicle in a safe, courteous, and efficient manner.
