This role is pivotal in co-facilitating the Youth Leadership Council, an engaged group of student leaders responsible for planning events, conducting service projects, and ensuring effective communication between participants and staff.

  • Direct conflict resolution training and interventions across the Teen Program, managing referrals and coordinating with external partners.
  • Assist in planning and executing monthly trips, fundraisers, and events in partnership with program staff and the Youth Leadership Council.
  • Manage the Teen Program's involvement in various service and mentoring initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics for advocacy campaigns, including stakeholder meetings and presentations.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local schools and youth-serving organizations.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of youth development in interactions with young people, with additional training provided.
  • Participate in organization-wide events as a member of the Youth Programs team.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
