Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate interventions during client transport
  • Contribute to the creation of youth treatment and service plans

  • Identify community resources to foster youth development
  • Support family reunification initiatives
  • Manage Crisis Situations (available for various shifts)

Essential Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree; GED or High School Diploma required
  • Preferred: Experience in child welfare
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Maintain a good driving record and appropriate insurance coverage
  • Proficient in technology usage
