Manager of ADR Services

As the Manager of ADR Services, you will oversee the administration of arbitration and mediation cases, leading a team of skilled case administrators and fostering a culture of excellence in customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of complex procedures, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to our organization's highest standards of integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Case Management: Oversee the administration of arbitration and mediation cases, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks and adhering to our organization's rules and procedures.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of case administrators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest level of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, arbitrators, and mediators, ensuring trust and respect for our organization's services.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to our organization's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of success in team management and process improvement.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of arbitration and mediation procedures, as well as our organization's rules and policies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, arbitrators, and mediators.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and online case management systems.
