About the Role

Job Summary

The Manager of ADR Services will oversee the administration of arbitration and mediation cases, leading a team of skilled case administrators. This role requires a strong understanding of the AAA's rules and procedures, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage arbitration and mediation cases, ensuring accurate and timely information is entered and maintained in the online case management system.
  • Supervise case administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure successful case outcomes.
  • Develop and sustain client relationships, fostering trust and respect for the AAA and its services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and resolve case-related issues, escalating matters to management as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve case management processes and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • 4-6 years of experience in comprehensive customer service management in a law office or judicial industry.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and online case management systems.
