Franchise Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Franchise Performance Manager to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our franchise operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability across our franchise network.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Performance
- Foster and enhance positive relationships with franchisees, serving as a business consultant and advisor to help them achieve operational and financial excellence.
- Conduct regular business and operational assessments to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement tailored strategies to drive restaurant performance, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with franchisees to achieve specific restaurant and territory objectives, setting goals and providing guidance on operational and financial best practices.
- Building Relationships
- Provide direction, guidance, and expertise to franchisees on restaurant operations, new product launches, and other initiatives to drive sales growth.
- Coach, counsel, and influence franchisees to drive employee engagement, create a better guest experience, and increase traffic and sales.
- Develop productive working relationships with franchisees, territory team members, and Subway employees to build trust and drive business success.
- Development
- Assist in the development of new restaurants, ownership transfers, and remodels within your designated territory, working closely with the Development team and Director, Franchise Performance.
- Provide information to the Director, Franchise Performance and multi-unit owner team regarding existing owners and their growth potential, as well as guidance during store transitions.
- Attend company and industry events to network with colleagues and stay informed about industry trends.
- Self-Development
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and develop new skills, including University of Subway and other designated training sessions.
- Travel occasionally to training sessions and company events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent job-related experience with 5+ years of experience in a multi-unit management role.
- Certificate programs in Franchise Management, Food Safety, and other related areas are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in Franchise Management, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- 3+ years of restaurant experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, financial analysis, and data interpretation skills, with a high degree of detail orientation and good judgment.
- Familiarity with franchise regulations and compliance requirements, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smart Sheets, and CRM software (FranConnect).
