We seek a high-performing Business Development Representative to increase our Enterprise & Corporate Sales.

This is a true hunter, cold-calling role. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an awesome team that cares very strongly about the company, brand, and users.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Interact with Enterprise & Corporate prospects via telephone and email.
  • Research Enterprise & Corporate target accounts, identify key players, and develop accounts.
  • Successfully manage and overcome sales objections.
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Document prospect interaction in Salesforce CRM to ensure efficient lead management.
  • Set sales demos for Enterprise & Corporate Account executives.
  • Communicate directly with Account Executives to effectively manage opportunities.
  • Develop your sales craft - as you grow, Prismm grows.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience generating Enterprise / Corporate sales.
  • A fearless, learn-it-all attitude and eagerness to work past objections.
  • A customer-centric focus and interest in driving value-based solutions to our client base.
  • Engaging phone presence and excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, ready to embrace change.
  • College degree or equivalent.
