Job Title: Assistant Community Manager

RHP Properties is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our Avalon RV Resort community in Clearwater, Florida. As a key member of our community management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and sales assistance to our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide polite and professional customer service to residents and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist the Community Manager in maintaining accurate records, including resident information, sales data, and community operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, vendors, and community partners to promote a positive and welcoming community environment.
  • Use Microsoft Office to produce and present documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist with new and used home sales, including presenting homes to potential residents and coordinating sales activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulatory requirements, protecting the interests of the company and avoiding discrimination of residents, vendors, and team members.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-year general office experience required; 1-year sales experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service to residents and guests.
  • Detail-oriented and strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and maintain a valid operator's license with a good driving record.
