Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) to manage the daily functions of our property. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring that the community operates efficiently, adheres to all regulations, and provides a positive living environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the property.
  • Coordinate maintenance and vendor services to uphold community standards.
  • Negotiate and oversee vendor contracts for quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure timely maintenance and repairs through effective vendor coordination.
  • Act as the main contact for residents, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.
  • Implement community rules and ensure compliance among residents.
  • Organize and facilitate board meetings, preparing necessary documentation.
  • Conduct tours for prospective residents, highlighting community features.
  • Maintain a harmonious community atmosphere through effective enforcement of guidelines.
  • Promote a welcoming environment for all residents.
Qualifications:
  • Valid LCAM license.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong leadership abilities to guide staff and vendors.
  • Experience in budget management and cost-effective decision-making.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with residents and board members.
  • Demonstrated experience in property or community association management.
  • In-depth knowledge of property management principles and relevant regulations.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
