Job Summary:

The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for maximizing outreach through daily phone calls to potential insurance agents and business partners, initiating contact, generating interest, and securing contracts with prospective agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to engage with potential insurance agents and business partners
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing agents and partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Support company events and training by ensuring attendance goals are met and providing excellent customer service
  • Assist with agent acquisition and contract management, ensuring seamless onboarding processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive company image

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take direction
  • 2-3 years of experience in an Outbound Call Center
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese
