Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Modality Technologist to join our team at St. David's South Austin Medical Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures using state-of-the-art equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Perform imaging procedures, including CT, MRI, and X-ray, with attention to detail and patient comfort.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advances in imaging technology and techniques.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in radiologic technology or related field.
  • Current certification as a registered technologist (RT) with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably in an acute care setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
