Responsibilities
  • Produces high-quality images for interpretation by physicians
  • Ensures patient safety and maintains a high level of service to patients
  • Practices proper safety guidelines and fosters teamwork through effective communication
  • Maintains flexibility to staff various work locations, shift times, and lengths
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited sonography or radiography program
  • Organized, efficient, and multifunctional
  • Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with others
  • Ability to work varied hours, shift lengths, and respond to an on-call pager
Additional Qualifications
  • Ultrasound Sonographer experience preferred
  • ARDMS or ARRT certified in Sonography
  • ARDMS Certification in Vascular Technology Imaging within 6 months of hire
