We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at US Fertility. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our fertility patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the clinical care of fertility patients, providing expert care and service for fertility treatments.
- Provide patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, and communicate physician orders and instructions.
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families.
- Work independently to assure the program goals are achieved, supporting and promoting excellence in customer service.
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications, accuracy, and speed with data entry.
