Aveanna Healthcare Private Duty Nurse RN

Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at Aveanna Healthcare, a leading national provider of home health services to medically fragile children and adults. As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of our patients' homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in our system of record
  • Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, clients, family members, and staff
Requirements:
  • Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • At least six months of prior hands-on nursing experience
  • Reliable transportation
