Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of outside sales experience, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. You'll be responsible for presenting our solutions on the shop floor or in the field, developing and maintaining a customer contact and activity database, and reviewing customer activities with our team leader or sales manager to strategize ways to maximize sales volumes or grow territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with business partners to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions using Snap-on products
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Present solutions on the shop floor or in the field
- Develop and maintain a customer contact and activity database
- Review customer activities with team leader or sales manager to strategize ways to maximize sales volumes or grow territory
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience
- Proven track record of prior goal achievement showing increase in sales and customer growth
- Bachelor or Associate degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with an impeccable driving record
