Job Summary:

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of outside sales experience, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. You'll be responsible for presenting our solutions on the shop floor or in the field, developing and maintaining a customer contact and activity database, and reviewing customer activities with our team leader or sales manager to strategize ways to maximize sales volumes or grow territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with business partners to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions using Snap-on products
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Present solutions on the shop floor or in the field
  • Develop and maintain a customer contact and activity database
  • Review customer activities with team leader or sales manager to strategize ways to maximize sales volumes or grow territory
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience
  • Proven track record of prior goal achievement showing increase in sales and customer growth
  • Bachelor or Associate degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with an impeccable driving record
