Strategic Alliance Manager

The Alliance Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with key technology providers, vendors, and other third-party alliances to drive business growth and enhance service delivery.
This role will play a critical part in ensuring that partnerships align with Bring IT's business goals, driving revenue and providing mutual value to both the company and its partners.
The ideal candidate will have strong relationship management skills, business development expertise, and a deep understanding of the ERP ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Manage Partnerships: Identify, establish, and nurture strategic alliances with key technology partners, vendors, and third-party providers that align with Bring IT's service offerings and business goals.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alliances are leveraged to generate new business opportunities and enhance service offerings.
- Partnership Growth: Increase revenue through the joint go-to-market efforts with partners, including the creation of joint marketing materials, events, and initiatives.
- Monitor Partner Performance: Evaluate and measure the performance of alliances to ensure they are delivering the expected outcomes for both Bring IT and its partners.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Stay Informed: Keep up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and potential partnership opportunities within the ERP landscape.
- Advocate for Bring IT: Serve as a primary point of contact for alliance partners, representing Bring IT as a key alliance partner in the NetSuite ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a similar role in the IT or consulting industry with SaaS based technology.
- Experience working with ERP systems or within the ERP ecosystem is preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong partner relationships and collaborate across multiple teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to think strategically and align partnerships with long-term business goals.
- Experience with contract management and understanding of legal frameworks around partnerships.
