Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in housekeeping management preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving results.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 30 pounds independently, with assistance required for heavier lifts; ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
