  • Drive the development and growth of new markets while ensuring the retention and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Lead a diverse team, including a Technical Representative and potentially additional sales professionals in the future.
  • Provide oversight of operations, working closely with the Operations Coordinator to align operational processes with the needs of the sales team and customer expectations.

Essential Qualities:

  • Exhibit a proactive and self-motivated approach, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster effective collaboration with senior management, clients, and team members.
  • Show a proven history of successfully developing and creating new market opportunities.

Qualifications:
