Right Choice Resources is in search of an Automotive Sales Consultant. This role is pivotal in engaging with body shops across the designated territory.
Compensation:
The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000, with potential on-target earnings reaching $150,000 to $170,000+.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the development and growth of new markets while ensuring the retention and expansion of existing accounts.
- Lead a diverse team, including a Technical Representative and potentially additional sales professionals in the future.
- Provide oversight of operations, working closely with the Operations Coordinator to align operational processes with the needs of the sales team and customer expectations.
Essential Qualities:
- Exhibit a proactive and self-motivated approach, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster effective collaboration with senior management, clients, and team members.
- Show a proven history of successfully developing and creating new market opportunities.
- Possess experience in managing diverse teams, including technical representatives and additional sales personnel.
- Maintain a collaborative mindset, ensuring alignment between sales objectives and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience engaging with automotive body shops in the region.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a basic understanding of PowerPoint.
- Excellent presentation skills coupled with strong sales acumen.
- Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive materials related to the organization and its clients.
