Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Branex Group. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building long-lasting relationships with our clients in the automotive industry, particularly with Honda.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, focusing on Honda and partners.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, utilizing insights from the automotive market and Honda-specific trends.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and a competitive landscape, within the Honda ecosystem.
  • Work closely with customers team to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Lead negotiations and close sales, ensuring that all agreements meet company standards and client expectations.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients' post-sale, addressing any concerns and identifying additional opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in purchasing or engineering within the automotive industry, with a strong preference for candidates with Honda experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
