As a Licensed Insurance Sales Consultant, you will contribute to the growth of a local Allstate agency by connecting with new prospects and fostering strong community relationships. You will utilize your insurance expertise and sales acumen to enhance customers' understanding of insurance value and nurture long-lasting relationships through trusted guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet sales targets by generating new business and cross-selling to existing clients
- Identify and qualify sales leads from various sources
- Assist clients in safeguarding their interests by recommending suitable products
- Serve the local community by helping them navigate life's uncertainties
- Educate potential clients on protecting their families and assets
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in pursuing a sales career; prior sales experience is advantageous
- No prior insurance experience is necessary
- Willingness to obtain required Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health licenses upon hiring (existing licenses are a plus)
- Confident and motivated individual who excels in independent work
- Able to manage multiple tasks and follow through on commitments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
