  • Provide training and professional development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and support staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with teachers, managers, and staff.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
