Job Title: Financial Manager

StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Accounting Department, you will be responsible for providing financial and accounting support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply knowledge of financial systems to document client business practices and collaborate with stakeholders to implement business process improvements.
  • Collect, compile, and interpret financial information to assist with funding realignments and adjustments.
  • Create and maintain financial information within program briefings.
  • Plan funding in Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) and execute funding according to plan.
  • Monitor execution, benchmarks, and carry-over funding to provide recommendations for meeting obligation and expenditure goals.
  • Attend weekly, monthly, and ad hoc IPT meetings to contribute to financial management decision-making.
  • Provide support with management activities, corporate initiatives, special projects, and data calls.
Requirements:
  • 3-10 years of Navy-ERP experience and applicable experience performing duties described in the Job Duty description.
  • Ability to work well independently.
  • Financial management experience should include financial analysis of business programs, development of cost estimates, and program status reports.
  • Knowledge of DoD Federal Management Regulations (FMR), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) process.
Education:
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
  • Allowable substitution: Associates Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience or four (4) years of additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
Security Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
