About the Role

Parkhill is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented File Clerk to join our team. As a valued member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Organize and file documents according to established filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Information Retrieval: Search for and investigate information contained in files, insert additional data, complete reports, and supply information from file data or remove files upon request.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of material removed, stamp material received, trace missing files, and type indexing information on folders.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with office-related duties as needed, including making copies of documents and typing labels.
  • Electronic Document Conversion: Convert paper documentation to electronic format.
Requirements
  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in an office support role.
  • Skills: Knowledgeable in the use of office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, and mail handling equipment. Experience with Microsoft Office products is a plus.
