Enterprise Sales Professional

Succeed as a top-performing Enterprise Sales Professional at Agilant Solutions Inc. in Chicago, IL. This role offers a hybrid work environment and the opportunity to grow existing accounts while acquiring new logos. As an experienced Account Executive, you will influence key decision-makers in the C-Suite, driving individual sales goals across all business units. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of selling complex IT solutions based on business results and outcomes. Key responsibilities include traveling up to 50% of the time, ensuring individual sales goals are met, and working with the sales management team to drive process improvements. With a competitive compensation plan and significant upside opportunities, this role is ideal for those who excel in executive and solution selling techniques.
Salary Information:
$250K+ USD (base salary and commissions at plan)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 4-year bachelor's degree in a related field
* 10+ years of sales/account executive experience
* Excellent communication, presentation, and executive presence skills
* Proficiency in NetSuite or other CRM systems
* Microsoft apps proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
