About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at MVP Health Care. As a Medicare Inside Sales Professional, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our customers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set sales appointments and respond to benefit inquiries to complete online enrollment applications for MVP Medicare prospects
  • Address prospect questions, including eligibility, benefit interpretation, and cost sharing via inbound and outbound calls, walk-in contact, and written correspondence/email
  • Assure understanding of each prospect/enrollee by providing clear, complete, and accurate information regarding assigned product benefits, policies, and procedures
  • Qualify each prospect according to departmental and federal guidelines
  • Meet accessibility and quality goals, such as average speed of answer and abandonment rate
  • Document complete and accurate prospect records and process all appointments, registrations, and requests for information in CRM
  • Meet individual and team membership goals
  • Follow company and federal sales and marketing guidelines in all interactions with prospects
Requirements
  • An Associate's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • The availability to work full-time, hybrid
  • Successful customer service experience and relevant office experience
  • Experience in positions where adherence to strict confidentiality is required
  • Healthcare/health insurance experience, preferred
  • Call Center experience, preferred
  • Licensure Requirement: NYS and VT LAH Health Insurance license is required within 4 weeks of training prior to selling
  • A high level of personal integrity and the ability to represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times
  • Knowledge of Excel (or a comparable program), helpful
  • Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth
