Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Ensure all aspects of each shift run smoothly and effectively, including food preparation, register operation, cleaning, stocking, and organization.
  • Train and coach new and existing team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of guest service and quality.
