- Equipment Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to extend the life of equipment and minimize future repairs.
- Inventory Management: Manage maintenance supply inventory and ensure that all necessary parts and equipment are available when needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including service requests, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews for maintenance team members to ensure that they are meeting performance expectations.
- Education: 2+ years of formal education in a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of supervisor experience, with 3-5 years of experience in conveyor-systems maintenance within a distribution center.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to report and recommend solutions to challenges. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Physical Demands: Ability to transport or move up to 50 pounds variable distances. Mobility and flexibility to use ladders to access heights more than eight to nine feet.
