Key Responsibilities

  • Possess expertise in the hot dip galvanizing process.
  • Assign tasks effectively and provide clear guidance to team members.
  • Operate machinery for the production of safety products.
  • Train and lead team personnel.
  • Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary.
  • Complete required documentation and inspections.
  • Maintain optimal operation of equipment.
  • Supervise both 1st and 2nd Shift personnel.
  • Understand and meet product specifications.
  • Assist with scheduling as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Work Environment

  • Manufacturing setting, not climate-controlled.
  • Fast-paced, heavy industrial atmosphere.
  • Adherence to safety protocols is essential.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are vital.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Minimum of 5 years of certification in forklift and crane operation.

At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience in galvanizing management is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Proficient leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
