Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Construction Inspector to join our team at LaBella Associates.

Job Summary

The Construction Inspector will be responsible for observing and documenting construction activities on various project sites. This role requires a strong understanding of water and sanitary sewer line installations, as well as excellent communication and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct construction observations and document findings
  • Prepare and interpret construction documents
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of construction activities
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with project requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Prior experience with water and sanitary sewer line installations
  • NICET certification is a plus, but not required
  • OSHA 10-hour certification, preferred
  • Microsoft Office experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
