Job Title: HR Compliance Supervisor

At In-N-Out Burger, we are seeking a highly skilled HR Compliance Supervisor to join our team. This role will oversee and manage the implementation and adherence to employment laws affecting each phase of the Associate lifecycle, from recruitment to separation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with HR Functional Leaders and other departments to audit, monitor, develop, and execute compliance programs, policies, and processes.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and contract management, negotiating with vendors to integrate technology solutions that meet current business needs.
  • Collaborate with Legal to stay updated on federal, state, and local employment regulations, including wage and hour laws, affecting multi-state Store & Support Associates.
  • Manage the implementation of new policies and procedures, including the creation of communication and training materials.
  • Lead in the research, development, drafting, publication, and distribution of the Associate handbook.
  • Manage the company's compliance efforts, including regulatory reporting and filing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is required; PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in HR Compliance, Employment Law, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience with direct reports, demonstrating a proven ability to lead teams and foster professional development.
