About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned technical product manager to own the technical roadmap of Network Infrastructure products and services at Amazon's WW Operations & Robotics team. As a Principal Product Manager Tech, you will partner with strong technical leaders to drive the long-term vision through development of vision documents, definition of business requirements, launch and post-launch measurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage our product management team and develop our people.
  • Set the overall product vision and direction for the Networking space.
  • Work with engineering teams to translate customer needs into workable technology solutions that scale operationally.
  • Interact with customers and internal stakeholders to formulate business strategies and shape product direction.
  • Define and prioritize features and requirements and see them through from ideation to sprint planning and delivery.
  • Perform customer interviews and surveys, and analyze metrics.
  • Synthesize external and internal data to drive clarity and alignment in your team through business writing such as narrative papers and PR-FAQs.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Experience technical product management
  • Experience shaping business strategy for a major suite of software products
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading cross-organizational programs and setting and holding teams and individuals to timelines and deliverables without explicit authority
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience delivering broadly adopted technology products/services in a high growth environment with conflicting priorities
  • Exhibits excellent business judgment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and compellingly and who understands how to drive a high level of focus and excellence with a strong and talented team
  • An innovative thinker who also has a strong customer and quality focus
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure
  • Conversant with internet technologies
  • Has an entrepreneurial spirit
