Job Title: Senior Manager, Product Management - Technical

Amazon's OpsTech Infrastructure Engineering organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Product Management - Technical to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the strategy for our device infrastructure to solve customer problems.

About the Role

We are looking for a results-oriented, customer-focused product manager who gets excited about starting from scratch, running hard, and delivering compelling solutions for our associates. You will have the opportunity to work on problems of incredible scope that impact millions of users and collaborate with some of the smartest people in the field who are pioneers in their fields.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage our product management team and develop our people.
  • Set the overall product vision and direction for the Networking space.
  • Work with engineering teams to translate customer needs into workable technology solutions that scale operationally.
  • Interact with customers and internal stakeholders to formulate business strategies and shape product direction.
  • Define and prioritize features and requirements and see them through from ideation to sprint planning and delivery.
  • Perform customer interviews and surveys, and analyze metrics.
What You'll Need
  • 6+ years of team management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
