About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist guests, answering questions and providing directions as needed.
  • Perform thorough ticket checks and scans to ensure valid access to facilities and ticketed areas.
  • Provide clear and concise information to guests regarding venue policies and procedures.
  • Respond to and escalate guest complaints, concerns, and compliments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist guests with reasonable requests for accommodation, including wheelchair escort services.
  • Maintain clear portals, aisles, and access paths for guests, staff, and emergency services.
  • Effectively communicate safety and security measures to guests.
  • Report any suspicious activity to supervisors and/or management.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Previous experience in a customer service-based industry is preferred.
  • Previous experience within a sports, entertainment, or related field is preferred.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights, and holidays.
