Front Office Ambassador

The Ambassador Hotel Tulsa is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Office Ambassador to join our guest service team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing prompt attention and assistance as needed.
  • Register guests efficiently and accurately, ensuring all details are correct and up-to-date.
  • Handle guest complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner, working to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of the hotel, including rates, promotions, room types, and amenities.
  • Provide guests with information and recommendations on local attractions, events, and activities.
  • Assist with special requests and needs, such as room changes or luggage assistance.
  • Process guest accounts and handle payments accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and software, including property management systems.
  • Previous experience in a front office or customer service role is preferred.
