Front Office Ambassador

The Ambassador Hotel Tulsa is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Office Ambassador to join our guest service team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing prompt attention and assistance as needed.
- Register guests efficiently and accurately, ensuring all details are correct and up-to-date.
- Handle guest complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner, working to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of the hotel, including rates, promotions, room types, and amenities.
- Provide guests with information and recommendations on local attractions, events, and activities.
- Assist with special requests and needs, such as room changes or luggage assistance.
- Process guest accounts and handle payments accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Knowledge of computer systems and software, including property management systems.
- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role is preferred.
