Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $42,000 to $57,000, depending on experience.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
This Mental Health Technician role involves providing routine non-acute physical care, leading educational groups, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans.
Key Tasks Include:
- Providing routine non-acute physical care for patients, including vital signs, hygiene, and meals.
- Facilitating group activities tailored to the needs and goals of each participant.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions between shifts and maintain continuity of care.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need a High School Diploma or equivalent and relevant experience working in mental health settings.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:**
- Demonstrated knowledge of mental health principles, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
