Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Charge Nurse to join our Psychiatric Unit as a Nurse Leader. This role will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a team of nurses, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
  • Foster a culture of excellence and accountability within the unit
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • At least one year of experience as a Charge Nurse or similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Knowledge of psychiatric nursing principles and practices
Salary Range:$110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
