Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Lexington, Massachusetts.
Job SummaryThis full-time opportunity will have you working as a Registered Nurse (RN) Psychiatric, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients with complex psychiatric needs.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and progress.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and mutual respect among colleagues.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
- No experience required, one year medical/psychiatric experience preferred.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Basic computer skills are essential for using electronic systems for communication and administrative purposes.
The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on relevant experience and qualifications.
