Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant at MBS Solutions, you will play a vital role in supporting our management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibilities will include answering and directing phone calls, organizing appointments, planning meetings, and taking detailed minutes. You will also be responsible for writing and distributing emails, correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms, as well as assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Furthermore, you will develop and maintain a filing system, update and maintain office policies and procedures, order office supplies, research new deals and suppliers, maintain contact lists, book travel arrangements, submit and reconcile expense reports, and provide general support to visitors.
