Job Title: Medical Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Support Coordinator to join our team at Lancaster General Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

About the Role:
- Provide administrative support to medical staff, including preparing patient charts, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and electronic, as required by regulatory agencies and hospital policies.
- Develop and implement effective filing systems to ensure easy access to patient information.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and other communication from patients, families, and healthcare providers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and services.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- One year of experience in a healthcare setting or related field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
